Especially approval procedures slow down the development process, when samples and swatches are being send around the world to get a buyer’s confirmation for a color, material or trim.
Due to Covid 19, the current world situation makes it more difficult or even impossible to travel and visit suppliers, customers or fairs. Deliveries take longer than usual and make in house dates unpredictable. The whole supply chain is affected and finding new solutions to reduce the amount of traveling or shipments are essential.
Within a digital showroom we can show 3D developed garments or high resolution pictures of samples. Customers can zoom in, rotate, play around and comment on every detail of the sample in real time, while the supplier gets the information synchronized, to answer the comment immediately or move on to the next step of sampling.
